About The Artist

Eric White is a past Board President of Public Glass, a San Francisco non-profit and Glass Art School. Eric started working with glass as an art form in 2005 after a lifelong fascination gained from watching the artists and artisans at Steuben in Corning, NY. His exploration of glass has included globes, paperweights, drinking vessels, vases, carafes, decanters, flame working/lampworking and sculpture. One of the aesthetics seen within the work is the interplay of light and glass and the sense of movement and growth frozen in time.

Eric lives and works in Northern California. His decanters are inspired by the wines and terroir of Sonoma of which he is a great fan.
